Session Abstract

Simplifying Enterprise Applications with the Spring Triangle
Spring Framework is the de-facto application development framework for developing Enterprise Java Applications. Spring development originally started in 2002 and since then, focus has continually been on improving the framework in several areas. The Spring Triangle builds on three pillars; Inversion of Control (or Dependency Injection), Portable Service Abstractions and Aspect-Oriented Programming. All three techniques allow application developers to focus on what it's all about: developing applications.
In this session, Alef will use a very hands-on approach to show each of the three techniques in very much depth, using concrete examples and exciting demos. Instead of looking at presentation slides, the greater part of the session will be spent in the IDE, coding up an application together with the audience.
You will walk away with a better understanding of what is important in application development and how the best practices and a good application development framework can help you focus on the real stuff!

Some giveaways like T-shirts, bags, IntelliJ IDE License will be available for the lucky members ;)

Session will be next Tuesday, 6 PM in Faculty of Computers and Information, Cairo-University. See Map Here (Map1 , Map2)-Dokki, Giza.
