Qualifications
Knowledge of J2EE, Struts and XML.
Knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, and Database Design.
Knowledge of UML, OOA, OOD, and OOP techniques.
Knowledge of one of Configuration Management tool (IBM CC, Visual Source Safe, etc…).
Very good in technical documentation, communication skills, and English.

Advanced Qualifications
Knowledge of Rational Tools (e.g. RSA, Test Manager & Robot)
Sun Java Certified.
CMMI Awareness.

Others 
Candidate is willing to learn new other technologies, and can work in different projects technologies.
Candidate can travel abroad
