Job Outline:

Java Team Leader will be responsible of technically leading a team of software engineers to deliver quality software solutions, designing solutions, development and testing. He will also be responsible of managing the team & communicating with senior management for achieving the projects goal.

Practical Skills:
- Ability to supervise, mentor and coach software engineers & prepare project plans.

- Design and Architecture experience is a MUST ,Object Oriented Analysis and Design skills.

- Good Knowledge of Financial Applications is preferable.

- Strong awareness of Software Development life-cycle.

- Excellent Java skills with excellent knowledge of J2EE, EJB 3, Oracle Web Logic application server, Swing, JSF, and JavaFX is a plus.

- Excellent skills of Oracle and MySQL database.

- Fluency in the English Language.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

- 5+ years of experience.

Microsystems is focusing on Sun Developer Community "which is You".

Hazem Saleh is presenting at JSFDays 2009 @ Vienna

Yet another brilliance from Hazem Saleh whom we are proud of, Hazem is co-author "The Definitive Guide to Apache MyFaces and Facelets" book and a blogger about the J2EE and JSF. After his contribution in MyFaces and book released, he started another project for Google Maps integration with JSF. GMaps4JSF will be the topic which he will present in JSFDays 2009 conference at Vienna, Austria.
